IM4000Plus
The IM4000Plus Ion Milling System is both a wide-area sample surface polisher and an Ar ion cross section polisher in a single instrument. The new Ar ion gun design of the IM4000Plus offers the highest milling speed, which leads to higher throughput and a smaller amount of thermal load compared to similar systems. For the purpose of convenient specimen setting, the sample stage can be removed.
