Low Friction Measurements 

with Nano Tribometer Module

Characterizing of ultra-low friction (as low as CoF 0.001) in applications such as polymers, 2D materials, graphene, coatings, super lubricity and solid lubricants is very critical. Currently most low friction measurements are performed by using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM).
