SU9000

The SU9000 is a first-class SEM that features a unique electron optics which assures the highest possible system resolution (0,4nm at 30kV). This combination of high resolution and low acceleration voltage is possible because of Hitachi’s improved Cold Field Emission (CFE) Gun technologies that reduce aberration effects. Additionally, the SU9000 is also equipped with a remarkable 2+2 detection system for sample surface, composition and transmission observations.
