It combines high performance with the smallest dimensions at an excellent cost-performance ratio. This technology even allows active vibration isolation for entry level scanning probe microscopes. Tuning or load adjustment prior to its use is unnecessary, which makes installation exceptionally easy. Small and lightweight applications up to 25 kg are suitable for the Nano Series.
