To support the search for new and innovative materials, Hitachi High-Tech developed the new Ultrahigh resolution SU8600 cold-field Emission SEM.
The SU8600 utilizes an ultra-stable cold-field emission source to enable exceptional low-energy imaging for fine structural analysis as well as high-resolution observation of beam sensitive materials used in markets such as energy storage, life sciences and nanotechnology.
